The design includes a logo, the graduate's name, class year, and two photos that will be used for both the stole and the t-shirt.
To ensure the best possible design outcome, kindly provide two high-quality photos in either JPEG/JPG or PNG format. Thank you.
Design Services Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Fee and Refund Policy:
- A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for design cancellations made within 48 hours of submission.
- Any difference will be refunded to you.
Mockup and Editing Policy:
- You are allowed two edits after receiving the initial mockup. The first edit is to change from the original mockup, and the second edit is an additional change.
- If you require further edits, a fee of $10 will be charged per edit.
- Changing photos from the original submission will incur an additional fee of $5 per photo swap.
- All additional fees must be paid before shipping.
Review and Approval Policy:
- Once the mockup is sent, you have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes.
- If we do not hear from you within this time period, a $10 reprint fee will be charged if the item has been sent to production.
Processing Time and Need-by Date:
- We aim to process all orders within 7 to 10 business days (Normal Processing Time).
- To ensure that all orders are scheduled in order of need, we kindly ask for a Need-by date, which will take priority over the order in which they are placed or the timeframe that Etsy states as the processing time.
