NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS!

Thank you for choosing Design with Quetta for your specialized needs. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. Because each item is made to order, specifically for you, the following No Return Policy applies to all transactions.

Policy Details

  1. Non-Returnable: All custom-made items are non-returnable. Once an order is placed and the manufacturing process begins, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

  2. Exceptions: The only exceptions to this policy are:

    • The delivered item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • The delivered item is incorrect and does not match the specifications provided by the customer.
  3. Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support within  48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a repair or replacement at our cost.

  4. Incorrect Items: If the item you receive does not match the specifications you provided, please contact Customer Support within 24 hours for a resolution. We will review the order and may offer to redo the custom item at no extra charge.

  5. No Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges for different items or specifications.

  6. Restocking Fee: In the rare event that an exception is made and a return is accepted, a restocking fee of 25% will be assessed.
